Regarding energy healing sessions, because quantum energies are instantaneous and limitless across time and space, energy healing can be done remotely, even across the globe, with as much effect as if done in-person.

I also offer coaching for freestyle painting, which can be highly liberating for people burdened by grief, anger, etc. This powerful process for self-healing is fun and surprising!

Healing Sessions:
My practice integrates a variety of healing techniques to address a range of people's unique needs -- for example, physical or emotional relief, mental clarity, or spiritual growth. While I help facilitate the energy process, it is the receiver who does the actual healing, with direction from their wise Inner Healer, connected to the vast universe. Energy healing sessions: I use Quantum-Touch® techniques and other methods to offer life force energy, love, and light through my hands, breath, and heart field. I use toning, wonderment, focused consideration, and hands-on healing. I enter meditative states and use positive intention, imagination, affirmations, and intuitive hand movements. I also invite spirits to join, amplifying my work and giving additional nurturing energy. In addition to healing sessions for people, I offer 15-minute sessions for pets. Emotional processing sessions: During these sessions, I help people gently release troubling emotions through a process of identifying tension and blockages in their bodies. Freestyle Painting to Heal Yourself: You receive coaching to paint freestyle using water-based paints on dampened watercolor paper. The technique is fascinating and fun while being highly therapeutic, people have found. Energy Healing Workshops: During this 2-day weekend workshop -- Quantum-Touch® Level 1, "Becoming Energized" -- you learn fundamentals of how to build, cultivate, and offer life force energy and love to yourself and others. This course is the prerequisite for all other Quantum Touch® courses. After taking the workshop and practicing on each other, students feel confident about doing on themselves as well as others. Even beginners discover they can go on to help others attain greater well-being with these techniques. And join me every 2nd & 4th Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. PST on NEWS FOR THE SOUL radio. I talk about self-healing ideas and techniques; and I lead exercises, including Quantum-Touch® "Energy Boost."
